ABOUT US

From The Owner

Following my medical retirement from the United States Army, I worked for Dan Libby through a VA-approved apprenticeship program. He sent me to MEMA, where I received my Gas License, Oil License, and EPA certification. Dan worked hands-on with me, passing on his decades of knowledge in the HVAC industry. I eventually took over as service manager and began developing systems and programs to streamline the company and bring it into the 21st century.

Several years ago, I offered my brother-in-law Jonathan the same VA-approved apprenticeship program with the company. After leaving the United States Marines, Jonathan accepted the offer and moved his family to Maine. With hands-on training, education, and all necessary licenses, he took over as the company’s lead installer. Jonathan began advancing the company toward more technical equipment installations, ensuring we stayed ahead of industry standards and equipment changes.

In October 2024, Jonathan and I purchased the company from Dan Libby, keeping the name, customers, and high standards that have defined it for years. With Dan’s mentorship, a foundation of honesty and integrity, and our combined military background, we are excited to continue growing this family-owned business while serving our longtime customers and expanding our expertise. Meanwhile, Dan and his wife, Theresa, can enjoy retirement.
